Morris Housing is interested in collaborating with new agents in the property business. Establishing a strong relationship with agents is crucial for our business. We are willing to accept multiple properties in exchange for guaranteed rent for a period of 2-5 years.
What does this mean?
The agreement between you and the landlord will remain unchanged. If you are the property's managing agent, you will continue in that role. Morris Housing Ltd will handle minor maintenance issues, while anything significant will be reported to you. Examples of significant maintenance issues include boiler damage, leaking roofs, and dampness.
As mentioned earlier, regardless of whether it's the tenant finders fee or management fee, you will still receive payment as the agent. This arrangement is beneficial for both parties and could be the beginning of a fruitful partnership. Morris Housing Ltd will take care of the property management, while you, as the agent, will manage us.

After each tenant's stay, we conduct a thorough inspection of the property to identify any damages. It is our responsibility to ensure the landlord receives their property in the best possible condition.
